During harvest, we press heritage Armagh Bramley apples from our orchard. We noticed that even after pressing for juice, the pomace still held incredible flavor and nutrients. Rather than composting all of it, we began experimenting with preservation techniques that would capture the essence of these remarkable apples.

Our apple powder process starts within hours of pressing. We dehydrate the pomace at carefully controlled temperatures - low enough to preserve the natural enzymes and tartness that make Bramleys special, but sufficient to ensure complete preservation. The resulting powder has an intense, concentrated apple flavor that fresh fruit simply cannot match.
